Harneshpal is a seasoned dispute resolution lawyer with nearly a decade of experience representing individuals, businesses, and corporations in a broad range of complex and high-value legal disputes. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled more than 500 cases across various areas of dispute resolution, earning recognition for his strategic insight, meticulous preparation, and effective advocacy.

Prior to founding Messrs. Harnesh, Harneshpal served for almost six years as a Partner of a litigation practice in Kuala Lumpur, where he led significant contentious matters, advised clients on legal issues, and developed practical legal strategies tailored to achieve favourable outcomes. His experience is further distinguished by his involvement in over 30 reported cases, reflecting his contribution to the development of Malaysian jurisprudence and his ability to navigate matters involving novel legal issues, substantial commercial interests, and significant public importance.
